I'm Lindsey and am a Service Experience Designer and UXR Strategist who is a passionate advocate of human-centered design with over 6 years experience of project management for both international and local projects. I have a Master in Service Innovation Design from University of the Arts London (UAL) and is currently contracted to lead on some of UAL service design project.
I have lived in London for most of my life , but originally come from Nottingham in Nottinghamshire, England UK. I am fascinated about different cultures, human cognitive behaviors and research. I enjoy working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team both in private and public sector settings.I have the ability to manage multi-functional teams to solve problems and address challenges holistically with an user-focus and empathic approach.
With a Design thinking approach, I am able to identify touch-points within a user journey and a service lifecycle, this includes me visually mapping out the different pathways for businesses and financial revenues, as well as opportunities through research, analytics and methodologies. I am good at facilitating partnerships and closely working with key project stakeholders to comprehend the overall business vision for each project. Plus am keen and very willing to learn and develop new skills.
Ideation & Solution
Working with key users to validated findings and insights. To develop concepts and prototypes in which are tested to identify suitable solutions that are tailored to the needs of the users.

I enjoying working with all stakeholders to deliver customer driven results.
By ensuring the customers needs are heavily considered from the intial begin and throughout the design process.
Exploration & Research
Identifying stakholders and exploring the currents situation via mapping user jounerys and touch-points of the life cycle of the service/ systerm.
I use forward thinking and forecasting appraoches/tools
to scope the direction of an organisation. By planning and analysising the current and future market I am able to take full advantage of opportuntuties to meet the needs of stakeholders.
