As a Service Designer/URX, I strongly believe that the success of a service is to understand the needs of the user, by placing the user at the heart of the design.
I have a professional background in mediation, as well as facilitation and workshop design. I work well under pressure and enjoy being in an creative environments with a rich diversity of peoples. I am able to articulate findings, and insights via formal or informal presentations/meetings to many stakeholders (designer and non-designer) across teams at different phases of the project. I have got the ability to use multiple creative methods to communicate information such as visual aids; storyboards; user journey maps; data analytics pies charts & table, as well as other creative design-related disciplines.
I have experience in a variety of user research methodologies for both digital products and non-digital routes. Ensuring that the data collated can enrich the user experience through multiple communication channels i.e. web /mobile and human interaction.
As a Project Manager, I am skilled in leading and working effectively with a team. I can set tasks and work towards target driven outcomes and expectations, I also able to provide direction and clarity when needed. In doing so, I can work in an agile environment to deliver outcomes within deadlines and budgets. I am a good a listener and respects different views and perspectives of others.
